Myself and a family member stayed here for one night as we were attending a family event nearbyWe were welcomed warmly, and were able to source a reliable taxi service thanks to the owner's recommendation.Our (family) room was extremely comfortable, with ample refreshments available including wonderful coffee bags which went down a treat as one of us can only drink decaff, hooray!The breakfast area is delightful and there is a vast range of options available, including plant based milksI would definitely stay here again, many thanks to the wonderful owners for ensuring a very pleasant stay

Ideal for an overnight stay or for going around that part of Kent as ideal road links . Lovely friendly owners lovely breakfast great local sourced .Bed was comfy, the only thing I would say is a little tired in places but clean and would definitely stay again .

We stayed overnight st The Beaumont as we were attending a party nearby. First impression was good, great location and well kept large building. The room was very clean and well stocked with amenities including tea, coffee and biscuits, waterand shower gel/shampoo as well as free wifi. We had a great night's sleep in a comfortable bed and the lovely cooked breakfast that we received was excellent. Barbara and Steve were fantastic hosts - very friendly and attentive to our needs. If staying in the Sittingbourne area, forget the big chain hotels, I definitely recommend a stay at The Beaumont!

I went to Sittingbourn for my friend’s wedding and booked The Beaumont for two nights.It is an old fashion B&B but fine. The breakfast it is ok, you will get one spoon of baked beans.I didn’t check that the check out is 10am 😱 what is too early when you are on holiday.In my day to check out I asked the owner if I could leave my luggage there until afternoon because I was going for lunch, she said no because she needs clean the room (note that the hotel was empty, there was four rooms occupied and three already left). She mention that I could pay £35 to leave until 11am what will not make any difference.I decided pay another day to leave my luggage until afternoon and I could sleep until late but she asked what time I would leave for lunch and if I don’t mind she enter to the room to take the bedsheet's to wash. Seriously!!! 😡You pay one more day and they really need wash the bedsheet's before you leave the room!!!The end I decided take all around 12:30pm and go to the hotel next door where all the friends staying.So, the experience in that side wasn’t nice. No effort to make the guest happy unfortunately. 🤷‍♀️

It was your decision to pay for another night (which is the right way to do it)because you wanted to leave your luggageand that you would pick it up late afternoon and we asked for your approval to take the laundry, seeing that you were not staying that night,which you gave without any concernif that was a problem you should have said,and just to let you know that we had seven rooms of our nine to service that day we thought it would help us out a little. Please remember we are a small business and small things can make a big impact. sorry for the inconvenience.Regarding the beans, in the 5 years we've been serving breakfasts I can't remember anyone mentioning the portion sizes negatively however we will monitor for this in the future and react as necessary.We do accept we are not goingto please everybody. but we'll try.Regards Barbara and Steve

We have stayed regularly at The Beaumont for over 35 years. New proprietors but still the excellent quality: nice rooms, very good breakfast, and very friendly hosts. Good location close to Dover, the M2 and the M20.

I was super nervous at first as it was my first time travelling alone but this place was super welcoming. As someone with autism there was a book in my room with every single piece of information I needed, where to find people and numbers etc for emergencies, which I found extra helpful and helped me calm down a lot.My room was very cosy, I made a lovely hot chocolate with the kettle and stuff provided and watched jumanji on the tv as it started just as I was settling down.I didn’t think I was going to get up in time for breakfast but I’m glad I did as it was amazing! It was genuinely one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. :DThe people who own the place were so lovely aswell and gave me recommendations on what do see and do while I was in the area.I was honestly really happy with my stay and I kinda wish it was longer as I only got to stay one night, next time hopefully I’ll be here longer! Thank you so much for having me! :)

We had originally been advised by the wedding organisers to book into the Holiday Inn (just next door!), but were unimpressed by their reticence to confirm a twin bedded room so found The Beaumont almost by accident. How glad we were! Our room was very clean and comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water all supplied- along with a very good breakfast selection served in an attractive conservatory. Instead of an impersonal service from a chain of hotels, we had a warm welcome from our hosts Barbara and Steve who couldn’t have been more obliging. Thoroughly recommended to anyone looking to stay in Sittingbourne.

We stayed her for the night for Chase the Sun cycle ride. Warm, comfy, clean.Despite leaving at 3am, a goody bag of breakfast and mars bars were laid out for when we left.The mars bar was a life saver during some low point on the ride - thank you!

First of all the hosts Steve and Barbara are very warm and welcoming they make a great effort in greeting every guess and given them a little guide around their accommodation which you never seem to receive very often these days. My room was a single with a shower and a separate WC which suited me. As I was in the area for work the most important things are a comfortable bed and a decent shower both of which were satisfied. A full breakfast is included within the price of the accommodation however I didn't have the time to fully enjoy but kindly enough I was offered a breakfast to go option which was perfect. Parking is free and plentiful. I have also left a review on booking.com so I guess I am repeating myself but anyway thanks Steve & Barbara it was good to meet a very social-able pair.

Hello, I want to say how fantastic my stay was before Christmas. I was travelling for work and found that once I stepped through the door I was greeted with smiley faces and shown to my room after a lovely introduction to The Beaumont. A lovely, clean, warm room. The breakfast was delicious and both Barbara and Steve were friendly, efficient, kind, talkative and genuinely lovely people. I will 100% return and try out the bigger room next time, I had the single with ensuite and it had everything you required. It was cosy and warm (weather at the time was chilly) even had a fluffy blanket if needed. Top recommendation for fish and chips too.

We had the good fortune to stay here for 3 nights when we were visiting our grandchildren. We stayed in room 4 and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Best sleep ever. Steve and Barbara are fantastic host's making us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was outstanding. It lasted us all day. Fabulous good quality produce and lot's of choice. This is the second time I have stayed at the Beaumont, this time I returned with family. We received a warm welcome and our rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfasts were freshly cooked and delicious. On our last day we had to leave before breakfast and were provided with a lovely packed breakfast to take on our way. Barbara and Steve were wonderful hosts who, whilst discrete, constantly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Convenient location for our trip and easy to find.Friendly welcome from the hosts and excellent breakfast.Would definitely stay again if we're in the area.We stayed in room 4 which was in the front of the building on a busy main road so it was noisy with the window open (it was a very hot day) so if you're a light sleeper then you may want to request a room at the back.However, very comfortable and clean.

Stayed here for one night when we went to a wedding at The Barn Yard. Steve and Barbara were both very welcoming and helpful - advising us on local cab firms - and our room had a nice comfy double bed with a small, but very servicable, shower en suite together with toiletries. There were also complimentary tea and coffee facilities and bottled water! There was also a nice lounge area downstairs if you wanted to escape from the room to read or relax but we weren’t there long enough to use it. Breakfast was served in a lovely conservatory overlooking prettily planted pots and the full English was delicious, hot and tasty!To the rear of the property was a small courtyard garden with little seating areas and was very nicely planted in a cottage garden style.We much prefer to stay in a more homely and personal residence when having a short stay rather than a large impersonal hotel. Barbara and Steve certainly run an exceptional B&B and we would happily recommend it for short stays in this area. Faversham is only a short car ride away and is a lovely historic market town for those that wish to make the most of their time away!

Made to feel very welcome on arrival.The single room suited my needs. Stayed two nights and didn't expect a room clean after first night.Excellent breakfasts offered.Very pleased.

My sister and I stayed at The Beaumont for 2 nights (19 & 20 June).Barbara and Steve were very welcoming.The room was very nice and the bed was very comfy.There was more than enough for breakfast.Definitely made to feel like friends as nothing was too much trouble.We were sitting on a bench in one of the many garden areas and Steve went to the trouble of getting us each a cushion to sit on.Would recommend The Beaumont and would stay again when in the area.Thank you Barbara and Steve.

We stayed on the 17th June 23 had a very friendly welcome shower round then to out ground floor room which was fresh and clean with all the amines you would need.Mad3 very welcome in the lovely conservatory for breakfast with a good choice of food. Will definitely use again thank you very much

I made a booking knowing that it was a single room with separate bathroom/toilet and a reputation for a good breakfast and that is what I got. Except the breakfast was excellent! I know some people like an en-suite so just check which room you are booking and you won't have cause for disappointment. Great welcome and interaction from the hosts/staff. I am not sure if the facilities description says the bath is very small - but it is,as is the TV in Room 1..maybe it could be a smidge bigger so text can be read from the bed?

I've stayed at the Beaumont a few times now and is my go-to accommodation when I need to stop over. There is a Holiday Inn right next door but I prefer the character of The Beaumont and the warm welcome from Steve and Barbara. It's conveniently located for the town and has off street parking.

We received a warm welcome into this lovely B&B.We were lucky and were upgraded to a bigger room which was a very pleasant surprise.The room was large, very clean with ample wall sockets, built in wardrobe and plenty of drawer space.The bathroom had a shower, wc and wash handbasin with good lighting.There was a choice of where you could sit at breakfast - either within the house or in the conservatory which overlooked the garden.The menu choice was excellent and all food cooked freshly to order.Fresh fruit salad was available every day and a wide variety of cereals.Nothing was too much trouble if you wanted any variation.Steve and Barbara work very hard to offer a quality B&B which is super clean, comfortable and welcoming.We would whole heartedly recommend this to people who need to stay in the Sittingbourne area for any reason.

This was my second time staying at The Beaumont, and if there is another visit to Sittingbourne, I will definitely stay here again. It is located at a walking distance of 10-15 minutes from the train station and the town center, with a supermarket nearby and a pub and a chippy. The room was clean and cosy, with delicate toiletries, towels and a bathrobe. The breakfast was delicious in a lovely dinning-room and the owners friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying.

Have only stayed twice (whilst attending music events) and must say this is my favourite place.Steve and Barbara are such friendly and accommodating hosts & their rooms perfect. Love the breakfast, too.

The location was great although the entrance to the car park is very narrow and windy you wouldn't be able to access it on a large car .The accommodation is very friendly and clean if a little plain.The hosts are excellent and the breakfast was great.My only real criticism is that the room very small and cramped apart from that it was great.

We were in Sittingbourne for a wedding. The Beaumont was the right choice for our two night stay. It had a car park beside a pretty garden are and a decent room with storage space and en-suite.Steve and Barbara were attentive and helpful hosts and I would have no hesitation in satying here again.

Steve and Barbara are exceptional hosts, very welcoming and friendly. The building is old and historic and it is kept spotlessly clean. There is the usual range of breakfasts, including cereals, fresh fruit and a lovely grilled full English. Off road parking too!

Arrived late afternoon to a friendly welcome, a quick check in & a nice, clean, comfortable room. Good Wifi & room to do some work. After a good nights sleep even with the British weather being unbearable hot had an excellent breakfast served in nice surroundings. If in the area again wouldn't hesitate to book again. The Beaumont was clean and comfortable and perfect for myself where I was just needing a shower and a good bed. Both owners greeted me on arrival showed me my room and was left in peace. Room was cleaned daily and a bottle of water left every day which was good as weather was really hot. Recommend for a buisness stay or holiday break.

I stayed at the Beaumont whilst working in sittingbourne. The hosts Steve and Barbara were welcoming and friendly.The b&b is very relaxed, it's a convenient 10 minute walk into the town centre. We were greeted by Steve and Barbara, very friendly couple, we explained that we had booked a cab to a wedding reception through a local cab company, and they stated that the cab would drive right up to the back/reception area to collect us, very reassuring. We were shown to our room, very clean, plenty of drawers to put stuff in and a wardrobe with hangers. Lovely toiletries and even a dressing gown. Excellent value.

The accommodation is highly maintained, with clear attention to details. The owners were very warm, welcoming, attentive and all around genuinely lovely people. The location is ideal for accessing amenities and the accommodation provided is comfy and like a home away from home. Breakfast hit the spot! And they also called me after my departure, to advise me that I had left some belongings behind. I recommend visiting this beautiful Bed & Breakfast if ever in or around Sittingbourne.

Barbara and Steve were excellent hosts I arrived after 1 day ended up in bed unable to face the breakfast offered due to virus contracted elsewhere they looked after me asked my progress and after the first week said that if Iwanted they would credid the second week.Full Marks Barbara and Steve

Such a great place to stay. A really warm welcome and looked after by the owners. You don't get this level of service at big chain hotels and I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing on their travels.Breakfast was amazing! Great job Steve and Barbara, super hosts! Steve & Barbara were excellenthosts !they made staying like home from home!The bed was so comfortable and hygiene standards were excellent and covid secure at all times .Breakfast was gold standard and freshly cooked ,all local ingredients and grilled and excellent service and a friendly welcome every morning! We would stay again at the Beaumont without hesitation and highly recommend it to others .

We booked for 2 nights then decided when we had arrived 3 nights would suit us better Steve & Barbara were more than accomadating nothing was to much trouble,our room was lovely, breakfast freshly cooked with a great choice. We would certainly recommend this B/B.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it so rebooked to visit Sittingbourne a family weekend.Barbara and Steve are very welcoming and keen to make your stay pleasant. We had a lively room facing the main road but the double glazing made it quiet, and warm. There's a lovely choice for breakfast, including veggie and good bread and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed a month before Christmas and they had put 2 beautifully decorated Christmas trees up, very festive. The property is immaculately clean, the bed linen pure cotton and bed very comfortable. We have stayed in a lot of hotels, this is one of our favourite B n Bs!!

- Warm welcome- Large, clean room- Comfortable bed- Good breakfast (apart from the coffee) in pleasant surroundings

Both Steve and Barbara were not too busy to help and advise of places to go and see. There love of providing the best shows through from excellent cooked breakfast to cleanliness and helpfulness.The rooms were well equipped if you run short no trouble to provide additional tea, coffee, shower gel etc.Only the early mornings were a bit earlier than expected for a holiday but breakfast at 8am gave us a good start to the day.Property well situated in Kent to visit the coast line and Canterbury all with in a manageable drive each day. Local fish and chip restaurant and Turkish where again excellent.

This was a very friendly, comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was particularly good - we had the full English, but their were lots of other choices.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this property as we were attending close by. The owners Steve and Barbara are very welcoming- we enjoyed a lovely breakfast and they found my bangle in the bedroom and kindly posted it on for me - genuine honest hosts!

I had a very pleasant two-night stay at the Beaumont in early September 2021. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were all one could wish for and Steve and Barbara friendly and accommodating, working hard to ensure that all guests enjoyed their time there.

Highly recommend the Beaumont as an overnight stop-over for onwards travel to the Tunnel. Very clean, private and safe parking, excellent breakfast and great hosts. Walking distance into the town centre, so ideal for restaurants etc.

Staying at the Beaumont for one night was as expected from the description of the place. The owners were very polite and accommodating. Because we required two single rooms, these did not have an ensuite toilet but did include shower and wash basin, so we had to leave the room to access a toilet reserved only for the room user. For one night, I considered this satisfactory. Breakfast was excellent quality and enjoyable. If I needed to stay again, I probably would. There is some road noise, but that can't be helped.

This was our first stay in a B&B and it was lovely. Steve & Barbara where the perfect hosts, really helpful, really friendly and they looked after us. The room was very nice, very clean and comfy and the breakfast was superb!

I stayed at Beaumont Hotel for a night in June. I can highly recommend the hotel, everything was perfect - good location, nice clean room and bathroom, hearty tasty breakfast, speedy WiFi and private parking. There is also a nice quiet garden with tables and benches where you can enjoy a relaxing evening drink. The guests are really nice and made me feel welcome and taken care of. I would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

I’m so glad to have found the Beaumont B&BI felt so comfortable and had a great night sleep in the most comfy bed! The place is super clean and the breakfast to top it all was perfect! I will definitely be returning. The hosts Barbara & Steve are really the most welcoming lovely couple.

My second three-night stay here. Working in Canterbury and Maidstone, Sittingbourne is a convenient mid-way location. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet and Steve and Barbara are very friendly and helpful hosts. If I'm working nearby again in the future, I'll happily return to The Beaumont.

Our first visit randomly selected on Booking.com.Considering we are in very difficult times with Covid19 the hostsdid well to accommodate guests under government guidelines.The B&B is in a good central location.Good room & very nice breakfast. Very happy to return to the Beaumont & would recommend.

We stayed at The Beaumont for two nights in December, we found the owners Barbara and Steve very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, and the rooms were very clean as was the whole property. There is also a lounge to relax in with a large screen TV.Very good value for money, and we will be returning again in February.
