Breakfast Menu
We are pleased to offer an excellent breakfast for all our guests.  Served between 6.30-8.30am Monday to Friday and 8-10am at Weekends and Bank Holidays.  Below is a sample of our usual menu, although we like to change things around occasionally, so it's subject to change!
 
A wide selection of Cereals, including Cornflakes, Weetabix, Cheerios, Rice Krispies, Fruit & Fibre. Muesli, Granola, Buckwheat Museli (GF), Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, Cocopops.
Porridge, freshly made to order
Fruit - fresh fruit salad, peaches, prunes, pears and mandarins.
Orange and Apple juices
A selection of fruit-flavoured yoghurts and natural yoghurts
White or wholemeal or Gluten free toast
A selection of jams, marmalade, honey, marmite, chocolate spread or peanut butter.
Freshly brewed filter Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate or a selection of fruit teas.  We also have decaffeinated tea and coffee available. 
 
Main Courses 
Traditional English Breakfast
Bacon, sausage, egg, black pudding, baked beans, mushroom and grilled tomato
Scrambled, fried or poached egg on toast
Baked beans on toast
Boiled eggs (with soldiers of course)
Bacon sandwich (made with bread or toast)
(We can wrap your sandwich to take away if preferred)
Omelettes - plain or with mushroom, ham, bacon, tomato or cheese
Toasted bagel with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs
 Vegetarian Breakfast: vegetarian sausages, grilled tomato, mushroom, baked beans and egg
 
We use only the finest quality meats, which we source from award winning local butchers, Rook & Sons.  
We also grill the bacon, sausages & tomatoes to reduce the fat content and provide you with a healthier breakfast.
Vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options are always available on request.
